事業内容 / About mudef

 

一般財団法人mudef（ミューデフ）は、「Music ＋Design 」が組み合わさってできた言葉。
「音楽とART」を通じて、地球規模の課題を解決するために設立されました。
mudefの活動の軸は、「ミレニアム開発目標（MDGｓ）」。
MDGsとは、2000年、189の国の人々が同意した、21世紀の国際社会が真っ先に取り組むべき8つの課題。
2015年までに国際社会が達成すべき8つの目標を掲げています。

mudef stands for ‘Music Design Foundation’. It is a coined word combining music and design. mudef, which will implement sustainable activities with global perspective, is established in order to organize and manage artists' social activities.

mudef set 8 goals of MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) as the center of its activities. MDGs are comprehensive and specific development goals which were set by combining United Nations Millennium Declaration, adopted at the United Nations Millennium Summit in September 2000.

ミレニアム開発目標とは / About Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)：

2000年9月の国連ミレニアム・サミットに参加した147の国家元首を含む189の加盟国代表によって採択された、21世紀の国際社会の目標である国連ミレニアム宣言と1990年代に開催された主要な国際会議やサミットで採択された国際開発目標を統合し、一つの共通の枠組みとしてまとめられたもの。飢餓や貧困の撲滅や初等教育の普及等、2015年までに達成すべき8つの目標を掲げている。

(MDGs are comprehensive and specific development goals which were set by combining United Nations Millennium Declaration, adopted at the United Nations Millennium Summit in 2000 and other various international development goals adopted at major international conferences and summits in 1990s. It sets 8 goals such as eradicating extreme poverty and hunger and achieving universal primary education which are to be accomplished by 2015.)
